About your instructor, Mikhaila:
Hello! My name is Mikhaila Sanchez. I am a board certified music therapist and I work with a variety of populations in my field of work. My primary instrument is piano but with my schooling I also learned and play guitar, percussion, violin, and some others. I love being able to teach and provide accessible ways for others to learn from many different backgrounds. I personally enjoy composing and writing music on MuseScore and found it such an easy way for beginners and those more advanced to explore and notate music. So I wanted to be able to share my passion and my knowledge of these resources with others and provide a creative space for others to explore it together.
