Who Are You… When Nobody Else Gets a Vote? Adventures of a TRY-POLAR™ is a playful, thought-provoking 7-session journey into YOU—not who others say you are, who you've had to be, or the version you've learned to show the world, but the wonderfully complicated person underneath it all.
Class Time:
8 hours of learning!
You have probably been called a lot of things.
Too much.
Not enough.
Strong.
Sensitive.
Successful.
Difficult.
Responsible.
A mess.
The one who holds everything together.
Funny thing is…
They may all be looking at the same person.
Welcome to Adventures of a TRY-POLAR™—an experiential storytelling journey into the many versions of YOU.
Not the you your job requires.
Not the you your family expects.
Not the you someone loved.
Not the you someone judged.
Not even the you you've worked very hard to convince everyone you are.
You.
The one on the inside.
Through story, humor, reflection, and Power Tools for Human Development™, we'll explore the distance between:
WHO THEY THINK YOU ARE
and
WHO YOU KNOW YOURSELF TO BE.
Because maybe being complicated doesn't mean you're confused.
Maybe having different sides doesn't mean you're inconsistent.
And maybe the goal isn't to finally figure out which version of you is the “real” one.
Maybe they're all you.
The adventurous you.
The serious you.
The strong you.
The scared you.
The responsible you.
The ridiculous you.
The accomplished you.
The still-figuring-it-out you.
One whole person. Always becoming.
And somewhere underneath all those labels, roles, opinions, expectations, judgments, and versions of you that other people carry around in their heads is one very important question:
Who do YOU say you are?
We collect labels throughout our lives—some encouraging, some painful, and some we never consciously agreed to carry. This playful story asks what happens when other people's descriptions quietly become our definitions. Using the Label Level™ Power Tool, you'll examine one label you've carried and decide whether to keep it, revise it, or finally hand it back. Power Question: Is this who I am—or something I learned to call myself?
