Students will explore the mechanics of time blindness, dopamine-driven motivation, and task paralysis, learning how to stop masking their symptoms and start working with their unique cognitive wiring.
Throughout this course, students will gain a practical toolkit of customized strategies built for real-life sustainability. They will learn how to overcome barriers to beginning tasks, defeat time blindness, and establish simple routines that survive even the most chaotic days.
Beyond just organizational tactics, participants will gain an understanding of their neurodivergence to enable them to treat themselves with kindness and compassion rather than guilt and shame.
