In this class, we combine the best of chair yoga and functional strength exercises to help you:

How the class will be conducted:

  • Classes are fully online, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
  • You will need a sturdy chair and comfortable clothes.
  • Each session will begin with gentle warm ups, followed by chair yoga sequences, strength exercises, and mindful stretching.
  • We conclude with a calming cool-down and brief meditation for relaxation.
  • Classes are suitable for beginners and all levels. Modifications are always offered for individual needs.
