My class is about finding your inner strength and flexibility with subtle changes in your movements which includes posture correction , right breathing pattern , stress management , maintenance of energy levels throughout the day .
Class Time:
2 hours of learning!
Students will learn a structured flow infused with a combination of beginner friendly pranayamas and postures (inludes standing & sitting postures , balancing postures,warmups , forward bends , back bends,arm balances (optional) and inversions (optional)) , sun salutations ending with savasana / quick meditation .
I'm a dedicated yoga practitioner and a certified yoga instructor , whose greatest joy is creating safe , inclusive spaces where everybody feels welcome and capable. I blend precise anatomical cueing with heartfelt presence so students leave class feeling both stronger in their practice and lighter in their spirit.
It's an uplifting morning (Hatha / Vinyasa) yoga flow designed accordingly , to wakeup the body & set positive tone for the day.perfect if you want to feel focused and accomplished before work / coffee.
