I view my characters as people I'm getting to know and then impersonating. The fact that they're fictional is beside the point. If the writer has done his job, it's all there in the script, implicitly and explicitly. If it isn't, then it's our job to put it there.
The course will cover elementary acting theory, script and character analysis, with scripts I have available and know inside and out, covering both drama and comedy.
