Yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a journey toward strength, balance, flexibility, and inner awareness. In this class, you will explore three popular yoga styles—Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga—while developing a deeper connection between your body, breath, and mind.
Class Time:
9 hours of learning!
Hatha Yoga focuses on foundational postures, mindful breathing, proper alignment, and holding poses with awareness. You will develop flexibility, stability, body awareness, and a deeper understanding of each posture. It is an excellent way to establish a solid foundation for your yoga practice.
Vinyasa Yoga connects breath with movement through flowing sequences. You will learn to transition smoothly between poses while developing strength, coordination, balance, and concentration. Each practice offers an opportunity to move mindfully and find a natural rhythm between effort and relaxation.
Ashtanga Yoga follows a structured sequence of postures coordinated with breathing and focused attention. You will explore the principles of consistent practice, strength, flexibility, stamina, and concentration, progressing at a pace appropriate to your experience and ability.
