In this small-group training (limited to 10 students), you’ll learn the true fundamentals of martial arts: proper stances, powerful and efficient striking, practical kicks, defensive blocks, and real-world self-defense applications. Each class is intentionally designed to build on the last, combining traditional martial arts principles with modern, science-backed training methods. Beyond technique, you’ll develop awareness, discipline, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure, skills that extend far beyond physical training.
What makes this class different is the integration of performance science and martial arts lineage. Every session follows a structured format rooted in NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) training principles, incorporating mobility, activation, strength, conditioning, and movement efficiency - alongside authentic martial arts drills, partner work, and applied self-defense scenarios. This is not random exercise or theory; it is a progressive system designed to produce measurable results in 30 days.
I’m not just a 4th-degree black belt, I’m a lifelong practitioner shaped by high-level competition, teaching, and real-world application. I’ve competed and won at national and international levels across all major divisions: empty hand forms, weapons, and sparring, earning Grand Champion titles and ranking #1 in my division during my competitive years. I’m also a senior instructor within my lineage, having taught everyone from young children to adults in private sessions, group classes, and large-scale workshops. Beyond martial arts, my career as a professional dancer and coach has been deeply influenced by the discipline and mindset forged through this training.
My approach is both structured and intuitive. I teach with intention, meeting you where you are while guiding you toward what you’re capable of becoming. As someone who has used martial arts as a tool for mental resilience and personal transformation, I understand firsthand how powerful this practice can be, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. This class is a reflection of that journey.
Each 60 minute session includes a guided warm-up, technical training, drills, conditioning, and a closing principle to anchor what you’ve learned. You’ll leave every class not only with new skills, but with a deeper understanding of yourself, your body, and your ability to respond to life with confidence and control.
