Drawing from Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and current neuroscience, we’ll explore how changing the way you understand and respond to pain can help retrain the brain and create new pathways toward safety, joy, ease and healing.
You’ll learn practical tools for working differently with pain and anxiety - including how to shift fearful thoughts, relate differently to sensations, and cultivate a greater sense of safety in your body. You'll receive support in getting back into life, meaningful connections and activities...with more confidence and ease.
This is an educational, supportive, and interactive experience—not a lecture. You’ll have opportunities to reflect, practice, ask questions, and connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with chronic pain and symptoms. You'll learn incredible research and neuroscience that will expand upon what you believe is possible.
