This self-healing meditation course is a creative, fun, and deeply nourishing experience designed to support and liberate both the nervous system and the subtle body. Each session invites students into a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space where they can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore holistic self-healing practices in an embodied, joyful way. Rather than following a rigid or overly formal structure, this course is intentionally experiential, intuitive, and playful—honoring the uniqueness of each participant’s inner landscape.

Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, Reiki-inspired energy awareness, somatic healing practices, and gentle asana-based movement, students are guided toward greater regulation, self-trust, and embodied presence. The course emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and compassion, allowing healing to unfold organically rather than being forced.

Course Philosophy & Intention:

At the heart of this course is the belief that healing happens most naturally when people feel safe, supported, and empowered within their own bodies. The practices offered are designed to:
  • Gently regulate and liberate the nervous system
  • Increase awareness and harmony within the subtle body
  • Encourage embodied presence and emotional resilience
  • Foster a sense of play, creativity, and authenticity in healing
  • Support self-agency and inner wisdom rather than dependency
This course honors the idea that self-healing does not need to be heavy, intimidating, or overly serious. Instead, it can be engaging, creative, and even fun—while still being deeply transformative.

What Students Will Experience:

Each session weaves together multiple holistic modalities, allowing students to experience healing on physical, emotional, energetic, and mental levels.
  • Breathwork:
Students will explore accessible breathwork techniques that help calm, energize, and regulate the nervous system. Breathing practices are introduced gradually and creatively, empowering students to use them both during class and in everyday life.
  • Mindfulness & Present-Moment Awareness:
Mindfulness practices are integrated throughout each session, helping students develop a gentle awareness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions without judgment. These practices support nervous system regulation and deepen the mind–body connection.
  • Reiki & Subtle Body Awareness:
Rather than focusing solely on technique, Reiki-inspired practices emphasize intuitive energy awareness, self-touch, visualization, and intention. Students learn to sense and support their subtle body, cultivating trust in their own healing capacity.
  • Somatic Healing & Asana-Based Movement:
Gentle somatic movements and healing asana poses are used to release stored tension, trauma, and stress from the body. These practices are slow, supportive, and adaptable, prioritizing comfort, choice, and nervous system safety.
  • Creative & Playful Integration:
Creative exercises—such as guided imagery, intuitive movement, journaling prompts, sound, or expressive practices—are woven into sessions to help students integrate their experiences in a personal and meaningful way.
