Meet your instructor, Sarah:

Hi! I'm Sarah, a college student studying Biochemistry with a passion for people, languages, and learning about different cultures. As someone who loves meeting new people and having conversations, I've always been fascinated by how much communication goes beyond vocabulary and grammar.I'm especially excited to teach American English because I know that learning a language is about so much more than memorizing words. Understanding expressions, body language, social norms, and the little things that make conversations feel natural can make a huge difference in how confident you feel.I created this class to make practicing English feel less like a textbook lesson and more like a conversation with a friend. I'm excited to help students feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes, asking questions, and—most importantly—having fun while learning!

This is a hand-sewn sock doll class. You can use either new socks or old ones. We all experience losing one sock after doing laundry, and in that case, you can give each sock its own new life by turning it into a doll.These dolls are my original creations, and there are different styles you can make. After finishing the doll, you can also decorate and personalize it in your own way.
