This class is designed to help you boost your energy, improve your health, and to just feel better overall. No complicated routines or overwhelming workouts. Through simple, sustainable habits, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and build a wellness routine that actually fits into your lifestyle. What Makes Me the Ideal Instructor:

As a wellness coach and creator of the Thrive50 brand, I specialize in helping women simplify health, build sustainable habits, and reconnect with movement in a way that feels good. My approach focuses on real life. Men and women with busy schedules, low energy, and the need for something that actually works long-term. I combine my passion for fitness, nature, and personal growth to help others create a lifestyle that supports both physical and mental well-being. I have two Fitness Certifications- (Tina Vindum and ISSA), and I founded a Hiking/Biking MeetUp that had over 5,000 members.

Details About How the Class Will Be Conducted:

I will deliver this class in a simple, easy-to-follow format. There will be short lessons and actionable steps you can apply immediately. This class is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Long workouts are not required and your encouraged to go at your own pace. Includes practical examples, guidance, and optional activities to reinforce learning
