My vision is to build platforms — through podcasting, empowerment conversations, storytelling, wellness spaces, movement, hair wrap artistry, counseling support, and community healing — where people feel emotionally safe, spiritually encouraged, and personally empowered. I want people to feel heard, not judged. Seen, not overlooked. Inspired, not shamed.
I believe transformation is not about perfection. It is about reclaiming yourself.
What makes my voice different is that I do not speak from theory alone. I speak from lived experience, professional experience, spiritual grounding, and genuine compassion for humanity.
Hello, my name is Zarina, and I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves during difficult seasons of life. My work has centered around emotional support, personal growth, empowerment, wellness conversations, and helping individuals navigate life transitions with compassion and honesty.
Over the years, I have supported people from many different backgrounds through challenges involving emotional burnout, rebuilding after hardship, identity loss, relationship struggles, grief, wellness concerns, and major life changes. My approach combines both professional experience and lived experience, which allows me to connect with people in a genuine and grounded way.
What excites me most about teaching this class is creating a safe and encouraging space where people feel seen, heard, emotionally supported, and reminded that starting over does not mean losing themselves. I believe healing and personal growth begin with honest conversation, self-awareness, community, and compassion.
My teaching style is conversational, interactive, supportive, and rooted in real-life understanding rather than perfection. I want students to leave feeling stronger, more connected to themselves, and hopeful about what comes next in their lives.
