A guided, holistic experience to help you understand your body, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with yourself during menopause. This is a space to honor the physical, mental, and spiritual shift occurring within you. It is a journey beyond managing symptoms—it is about reclaiming your vitality, finding clarity amidst the "brain fog," and learning to navigate this transition with grace, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Class Time:
8 hours of learning!
Menopause is often talked about in fragments—hot flashes here, mood swings there—but rarely as the full-body, full-life transition that it truly is.
At 53 years young, I’m not just teaching this—I’m living it!
And like many women, I’ve had moments of feeling off, not quite like myself, wondering what was happening in my body (and to my body) and why no one had really explained this stage of life in a way that felt clear or supportive.
This class is an invitation to slow down, get informed, and reconnect with your body in a different way.
Together, we’ll explore what’s actually happening during perimenopause and menopause—from hormonal shifts to their impact on mental and emotional wellbeing. You’ll gain practical tools to help manage anxiety, irritability, brain fog, and disrupted sleep, while also learning how to support your body through movement, nutrition, and daily rhythms that feel sustainable—not overwhelming.
Each session blends education with experience. You won’t just be learning information—you’ll be guided through simple, effective practices like breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection exercises that help you tune into your body and respond with greater awareness and care.
And you won’t be doing this alone. This is more than an online class—it’s a supportive community of women navigating this transition together, creating space to share, learn, and feel seen along the way.
The goal is not to “fix” anything, but to help you feel more steady, informed, and supported in your day-to-day life.
As a certified menopause coach, licensed wellness practitioner, and yoga instructor, my work is centered on helping women reconnect with their bodies and develop supportive habits that last. I bring both professional training and lived experience into this space—offering guidance that is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life. This is a supportive environment where you can learn, reflect, and feel less alone in the process.
The class is structured as a live, interactive series, meeting weekly for 60–75 minutes. Each session includes guided teaching, practical tools, and space for reflection and integration. You’ll leave each class with something you can immediately apply—small shifts that can make a meaningful difference over time.
“This isn’t about fixing your body—it’s about learning how to listen to it in a new way.”
