In a world that moves quickly and demands much, our bodies often carry the unseen weight of our days. These Christ-centered yoga practices invite you to return to stillness, listen inwardly, and slow down enough to enjoy the sacred design of your body. Each class blends movement, breath, and stillness to cultivate a deeper connection between your physical and spiritual being.

The three classes I am offering are, Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Meditative Arts.
Hatha: Embodied Strength & Sacred Alignment
In every breath, God whispers order, balance, and renewal. Hatha invites you into a slow, steady exploration of the body’s sacred design—the strength God wove into your frame and the breath He placed in your lungs. Here, movement becomes prayer. Alignment becomes devotion, and the mat becomes a quiet altar where you meet the holy spirit.
This practice focuses on mindful, grounding postures that build stability, clarity, and strength. Each sequence is designed to help you inhabit your body with reverence, learning how alignment supports not just form, but inner harmony.
Students will learn foundational Hatha poses, Pranayama, safe alignment principles, and how to move with their breath. They'll discover the peace that comes from moving with intention rather than urgency.
I teach from a gentle, Christ-centered lens—honoring both the ancient wisdom of the practice and the sacredness of God’s design.
We begin in grounding prayer, move into warm, spacious postures, and flow through strengthening sequences before settling into restorative rest. Students will leave feeling aligned, steadied, and renewed in body, mind and spirit.
Somatic's: Intuitive movement/guided meditation with movement.
Our bodies remember what our mind forgets. In this Christ-centered somatic class, we gently explore these hidden layers, learning to listen to the quiet intelligence God placed within us. Students will uncoil, soften, and return to their internal wisdom.
Somatic's focuses on subtle micromovements that awaken the nervous system and release stored tension. Through slow exploration and sensory awareness, they'll rediscover the natural ease and fluidity of our God-given design.
Students will learn techniques to unwind stress, soothe the body, and cultivate internal safety. They'll gain tools to regulate their nervous systems, recognize embodied emotion, and connect with God through felt experience, not just thought.
I come from a heart posture that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that Christ meets us where we are—especially in the quiet places of the body. I guide with softness, curiosity, and reverence for everyones unique pace.
Expect slow, spacious movements, often done close to the ground, long pauses, and guided prompts for creating internal awareness. We close with restful integration, and prayer.
There is a place within you where the noise of the world fades and the voice of God becomes clear. This class gathers silence and creative expression into a single offering—a sanctuary for the soul. Through meditative arts we practice lingering, listening, and allowing the Spirit to soften the edges of our inner world.
Meditative arts blend guided contemplation, quiet reflection, and going inward in order to process emotion in a creative outlet. It’s a space for spiritual attunement and inner renewal.
Students will learn how to drop beneath the surface and meet God and themselves in quiet, imaginative ways.
With a heart rooted in prayer and spirit, I hold space for students to explore God’s peace without pressure or performance. My guidance is subtle, intuitive, and designed to help them feel safe to rest and receive.
Each session will include meditative movement, guided stillness, and a reflective closing practice. Expect to go inward in order to process outwardly.
