Healing Yoga Class with Dr. Shari: A holistic journey for your body, mind, and soul

My Healing Yoga Class is designed not only to strengthen and align your physical body—it also supports emotional balance and mental clarity. This is a holistic health–based class where every posture is taught with awareness, meaning, and purpose. With over twenty years of experience in holistic health and extensive teaching in both group and corporate settings, I guide you through yoga as a complete healing system, not just exercise.

What You Will Experience

In this class, you will learn:
  • Correct alignment in every posture to prevent injury and build strength
  • How each yoga pose affects your emotions and mental state
  • Ways to release stored emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, and anxiety
  • Techniques to calm the mind, strengthen focus, and feel peace, clarity, and bliss
  • How yoga helps you heal yourself first—so you can show up stronger for the world around you
Each session blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and healing practices that support deep transformation.

Who This Class Is For

If you are looking for a slow-paced, thoughtful class where you can learn proper alignment and truly feel the healing effects of yoga, this class is ideal for you. We begin with foundational alignments in basic postures. As you grow more comfortable, we gradually introduce more challenging poses—always guided by your flexibility, experience, and readiness.

What to Bring

Please prepare the following before class begins:
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A bottle of water
  • A yoga mat
  • Props (blocks and straps) if you have them
  • Join 5 minutes early so we can begin peacefully together
