In this class, we will explore mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, gentle stretching, grounding techniques, and self-reflection activities. You’ll learn practical ways to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, release everyday tension, and create moments of calm, even when life feels overwhelming.
Students will leave with simple tools they can use beyond the class, including breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, positive self-talk, and reflection exercises. We’ll focus on learning how to listen to yourself, recognize what you need, and make intentional choices that support your overall well-being.
My goal is to create a welcoming and judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself. Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or looking for new ways to deepen your existing practice, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I have been working in wellness since 2013 and founded Peaceful Healing in 2018. Through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, and programs for children, adults, schools, and organizations, I’ve had the privilege of helping people develop greater self-awareness, confidence, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. I bring a compassionate, practical, and encouraging approach to every class, and I believe that healing and growth can begin with one mindful moment at a time.
What if one of life’s hardest moments could become the beginning of your greatest transformation? That question is at the heart of my journey.
I’m Rabiyah Jordan, founder of Peaceful Healing, a certified life coach, wellness educator, motivational speaker, author, and proud mother and grandmother. In 2015, I experienced a serious health crisis that changed the way I viewed life, healing, and the powerful connection between our mindset and our overall well-being.
That experience led me on a journey of self-discovery and inspired me to create Peaceful Healing in 2018. What began as small gatherings in a park in Columbia, Maryland, has grown into wellness workshops, classes, and experiences serving youth and adults in schools, community organizations, workplaces, and beyond.
I’m passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and discover practical tools for greater peace and self-awareness.
