I am a yoga and mindfulness instructor based in Los Angeles with over ten years of experience teaching in wellness organizations, community settings, studios, and private clubs. My work focuses on accessible mindfulness, stress reduction, and creating supportive environments where students can reconnect with themselves through awareness and movement.
I hold a 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training and additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, and mindfulness-based practices. My continued studies include Buddhist psychology through Spirit Rock Meditation Center and cognitive psychology coursework through University of Cambridge.
Professionally, I currently teach yoga, meditation, and mindfulness in recovery-centered environments a, where the focus is on emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and creating safe, grounding practices. I also teach community classes in private clubs and wellness organizations, adapting mindfulness and movement practices to diverse populations and experience levels.
