Many women have spent years building careers, caring for others, solving problems, leading, creating, teaching, and gaining valuable life experience—yet they don't always recognize those things as gifts, skills, and knowledge worth developing.
Class Time:
2 hours of learning!
There's More Inside of You™ is a live, interactive personal-development class designed to help you take a closer look at what you already possess. Through guided reflection, conversation, and practical exercises, you'll begin identifying the natural abilities, transferable skills, knowledge, and experiences you may have overlooked or undervalued.
During our time together, I'll introduce you to my **Discover → Develop → Deploy** framework. You'll learn how to DISCOVER what's already inside of you, begin identifying what deserves to be DEVELOPED, and explore meaningful ways those abilities could eventually be DEPLOYED through your career, service, creativity, entrepreneurship, or something of your own.
You'll leave with greater clarity about what you bring to the table and one practical next step for developing it. You do not need to have a business idea, know exactly what your purpose is, or have everything figured out before attending. Come ready to reflect, participate, and discover possibilities you may not have considered before.
I'm Connie McMillan, an Ownership Coach, minister, entrepreneur, and Human Services professional. Through The Ownership Method™, I help women recognize, develop, and strategically use the gifts, skills, knowledge, and experience they already possess. My teaching approach combines personal growth with practical application because discovering what's inside of you is powerful—but learning what to do with it can change what's possible for your future.

I don't believe you have to have your entire future figured out before you begin.
