Students will learn essential grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, while also developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Each lesson incorporates interactive activities, audio-visual tools, and real-world examples to ensure that learning is both effective and enjoyable. By the end of the course, students will be able to express themselves clearly, understand native speakers more easily, and gain a deeper appreciation of Hispanic culture.
As your instructor, I bring over 17 years of experience in education, a BA in English from Universidad Hispana in Utah, and certification as a professional ESL teacher. My background includes teaching in schools, universities, and language institutes, as well as private Spanish tutoring for learners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Since 2012, I have also worked as a registered translator with the U.S. Embassy in Bolivia, which has strengthened my expertise in language accuracy and cultural nuance.
Classes will be conducted online through a flexible and student-centered approach. Lessons are delivered via interactive platforms that allow for live participation, personalized feedback, and access to supplementary materials. Group sessions encourage collaboration, while one-on-one tutoring ensures individualized attention and support. Audio-visual resources, role-play exercises, and practical assignments will be used to make learning immersive and motivating.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in dynamic motivation and adaptability. Every student has unique goals, and I am committed to helping each learner achieve them. With a proven track record in both ESL and Spanish instruction, I provide a professional yet approachable environment where students feel supported and inspired. This class is not just about learning a language—it is about opening doors to new opportunities, cultures, and connections
