Meet your instructor, Taynah
I have been training my nervous system since I left my engagement about 10 years ago. Just before I was about to marry, I had my very first panic attack and that began my mental health journey. I started by getting a therapist and my Masters degree in international communications with a concentration in copywriting. This taught me the psychology of communication. Next, I began to work for the largest gym in Miami in order to lead 30 day fitness and nutrition challenges. Last, I began running workshops as a mental health advocate. All the while I worked alongside life coaches, therapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, and wellness facilitators.
This is about holding you accountable for the life you wish to create and the changes you want to see come true. I am excited to teach you through my own personal experiences what it means to take back control of your life. No need to spend a fortune on a life coach + nutritionist + therapist + personal trainer. This is a one - stop - shop to your version success!
