My approach is deeply personal. After a near-death experience in 2021, my understanding of health and resilience transformed completely, and I teach what I have lived. With over 18 years of experience in physiotherapy, integrative nutrition, emotional regulation, and corporate wellness, I bring a holistic and practical method that bridges science, body, and lived experience.
