This class focuses on supporting mothers in reconnecting with themselves while navigating the demands of everyday life. Motherhood can be deeply fulfilling, but it can also lead to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Many women find that while they are showing up for everyone else, they’ve slowly lost touch with who they are outside of their role as a mom.

“Becoming Her Again” is a wellness-centered space designed to help mothers reset, realign, and rebuild a lifestyle that supports both their well-being and their responsibilities. Rather than focusing on surface-level change, this class explores how daily habits, mindset, emotional awareness, and routines all play a role in feeling more like yourself again.
Participants will gain practical, realistic tools they can use in their daily lives, including:
How to recognize when they are running on empty and need to reset
Simple ways to shift out of survival mode and create more balance
Techniques for managing stress and emotional overwhelm in the moment
How to reconnect with their identity outside of motherhood
Building routines and habits that support their energy, not drain it
Setting healthy boundaries in relationships and co-parenting dynamics
Creating a version of “self-care” that actually fits into a busy lifestyle
I bring a unique blend of professional insight and real-life experience to this space. As a mental health professional and a mother, I understand both the internal and external demands that women navigate daily.
My approach is grounded, relatable, and realistic. I focus on meeting women where they are and helping them make small, meaningful changes that build over time. I’m passionate about creating spaces where mothers feel supported, understood, and empowered to take care of themselves without guilt or pressure to be perfect.
This class will be conducted in a supportive and engaging format that combines guided discussion, reflection, and practical strategies. Each session will include:
Short, easy-to-follow teaching segments focused on wellness and lifestyle habits
Guided reflections to help participants connect concepts to their own lives
Open discussion opportunities (optional) to build connection and community
Practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately
Simple takeaways or practices to carry into daily routines
The environment will be welcoming, non-judgmental, and flexible, allowing participants to engage in a way that feels comfortable for them while still gaining value from each session.
This is a space for real life—not perfection. A place where mothers can reset, reflect, and rebuild in a way that feels supportive, doable, and aligned with who they are becoming.
